Day 1 : Arrival in Beijing (L/D)

Arrive in Beijing Capital International Airport from Hometown: Tour guide will meet you at the Baggage Claim Area and transfer to hotel. We will proceed to visit the Temple of Heaven if your flight arrives early. The Temple of Heaven is a masterpiece of architecture and landscape design which simply and graphically illustrates a cosmogony of great importance for the evolution of one of the world's great civilizations.

Day 2 : Beijing (B/L/D)
|
Today we are going to have a full day sightseeing. We will visit the Chang Tomb, one of the Ming Tombs (Consisting of mausoleums of 13 Ming emperors, is one of the largest imperial necropolises in China), Sacred Road and Great Wall at Badaling which is the symbol of China and Climbing the Great Wall you can pass visitors from all over the world, and hear conversations in almost every language. Enjoy a delicious Peking Duck Dinner at local restaurant in the evening.

Day 3 : Beijing - Datong (B/L/D)
|
Full day sightseeing to the Tiananmen Square and explore the Palace Museum (known as Forbidden City) in the morning. We will have lunch at local restaurant and western dinner at hotel. In the evening, we will take the train to Datong.

Day 4 : Datong (B/L/D)
|
Transfer to the hotel. Then we will visit Huayan Temple and Yungang Grottos. Yungang Grottos has a total of 53 Grottoes containing more than 51.000 stone status. The Grottoes were built along one side fo the Wuzhou Mountain, which stretches about one mile from east to west . It is equally famous as the Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang and Longmen Gottoes in Luoyang.

Day 5 : Datong - Yinxian - Wutaishan (B/L/D)
|
Today we will transfer to Wutaishan. On the way, we will visit Yinxian Wooden Pagoda, which is the largest and most ancient wooden pagoda in the world. We will have Lunch and dinner at local restaurant.

Day 6 : Wutaishan - Taiyuan (B/L/D)
|
In the morning, we will visit Wutaishan Temples, The sacred mountain Wutaishan, located in Shanxi Province, China, is believed to be the earthly abode of the Bodhisattva of Wisdom, Manjushri, and for a thousand years it has been a focus of transnational pilgrimage for the Chinese, Tibetans, Mongols, and Manchus alike. This multi-culturalism, endemic of Himalayan art, is reflected in the objects in the exhibition coming from Nepal, Tibet, Mongolia, and China, including paintings, sculptures, masks, book covers and features a six-foot wide woodblock print, a panoramic view of Mount Wutai filled with temples and miraculous visions. As Manjushri was seen as the patron deity of China, Wutaishan was also a focus of imperial attention, and rulers tied their own legitimacy to this deity and promoted his cult at Mount Wutai, blurring and intertwining religious, state, ethnic, and even artistic identity. After the tour, transfer to Taiyuan.

Day 7 : Taiyuan - Xi'an (B/L/D)
|
Tour to Jinci Temple and transfer to the train station. Take the overnight train to Xian. Lunch at local restaurant and dinner will be served as boxed dinner since the train leaves at 17:53.

Day 8 : Xi'an (B/L/D)
|
Arrive in Xi'an and transfer to the hotel. Xi'an is the capital of Shanxi Province, once the largest city in the world. Xi'an has a history of nearly 6,000 years and was the starting point of the famous ancient Silk Road between Asia and Europe. We will visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which is one of the city's most distinctive and outstanding landmarks, possibly the most beautiful building left in Xi'an today. And then proceed to Xi'an City Wall which was constructed in the early Ming Dynasty on the basis of the Imperial City of Chang An (Everlasting Peace) of the Tang Dynasty.

Day 9 : Xi'an (B/L/D)
|
The visit to the majestic Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum will start your today's tour. Terracotta Warriors and Horses are the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century, the army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin's tomb. Then go to see the Great Mosque and the old town area. You will enjot Chinese lunch at local restaurant and banquet with show at Tang Dynasty Theater today.

Day 10 : Xi'an - Shanghai (B/L/D)
|
After breakfast, we will fly to Shanghai, the largest city in Asia. Our tour in Shanghai covers sightseeing in Yu Garden and the old town area. Yu Garden is a place of peace and comfort in the heart of bustling Shanghai, dates back to the fabled Ming Dynasty.

Day 11 : Shanghai (B/L/D)
|
Today we will visit the Jade Buddha Temple, the most famous Buddhist temple in Shanghai. Then go to the Shanghai Museum which is one of the largest Museums in China.

Day 12 : Depart Shanghai (B)
|
After breakfast, transfer to the Shanghai airport for your homeward flight or to your next destination.
