| The GotoBus Unlimited Bus Pass (the "Pass(es)") includes unlimited bus travel for one (1) person whose name is registered on the Pass ("You" or "Your") on Eastern operated buses between cities specified on the Pass booked through GotoBus.com. The Pass may be used for travel ( "Pass Travel") only during the period on The Pass. All Pass Travel must be booked at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled departure of Your outbound bus. Another individual may purchase a Pass for You, but only You will be eligible to book Pass Travel using Your Pass. Restrictions apply to purchase and use of a Pass. Please review this entire document (the "Terms") for complete information and restrictions. |
| IN THE EVENT YOU BOOK PASS TRAVEL AND DO NOT CHECK-IN FOR YOUR BUS PRIOR TO YOUR BUS'S SCHEDULED DEPARTURE, YOU WILL INCUR A "NO-SHOW" PENALTY OF $50 AND YOUR PASS WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTILL YOU PAY THE PENALTY BY CALLING (617) 354-2101. During the time Your pass is suspended, You will not be able to engage in any Pass Travel or book any Pass Travel. No additional time will be added to a Pass that has been suspended. |
| GotoBus issues three types of Passes: Diamond Pass, Platinum Pass, Gold Pass. Diamond Pass allows You to make unlimited travel among cities: New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington DC within the Pass Travel Window. Platinum Pass allows You to make unlimited travel among cities: New York City, Baltimore and Washington DC within the Pass Travel Window. Gold Pass allows You to make unlimited travel among cities: New York City and Philadelphia within the Pass Travel Window. |
| Passes are available for purchase on www.GotoBus.com. Coupons, discounts, and other offers may not be used toward the purchase of a Pass. All purchases of Passes are non-refundable. |

| All Pass Travel must be completed prior to the expiration of the Travel Window. Pass Travel is subject to availability and seats may not be available on all buses. Schedules are subject to change without notice. |
| Your Pass may be used only to book Pass Travel for You. Passes are non-transferable and at no time may any Pass or Pass Travel be purchased, sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for value without prior written consent from GotoBus.com. Passes and Pass Travel may not be sold or traded on auction websites. Any attempt to transfer a Pass or book Pass Travel for someone other than You on You pass will result in immediate forfeiture of Your Pass without refund. |

CHANGING OR CANCELLING TRAVEL

| You may change or cancel an existing booking for Pass Travel 12 hours in advance of the scheduled departure of Your outbound travel without paying any change or cancel fee. If You have an existing booking for a bus that is scheduled to depart in less 12 hours, You may change or cancel your schedule by paying a $30 change/cancel fee. However, the 12 hour advance purchase requirement applies to all changes of Pass Travel, and under no circumstances may You change an existing booking for a bus that is scheduled to depart in greater than 12 hours to be a bus that is scheduled to departure in less 12 hours. Pass Travel may not be changed to be outside the Travel Window. |
| You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). All information about where to exchange your voucher will be printed on your voucher. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase. |
