    GoToBus was a total failure for me. I had to cancel and reschedule my trip and could not get through to anyone the day before by phone or by live chat. I could not type a reply to live chat. I could not reschedule online. When I finally connected with someone by phone, I was told I could not do that. Then I had a phone call from the bus company asking where I was because the bus was leaving. A total mess. I will never use GoToBus again.

    I suggest clearer instructions on Yosemite departure meeting point. I also suggest that point be near shade and seating. Thank you for ensuring our drop off in San Fran included hotel transfer

    Bus broke down, had a 4 hour wait for a replacement bus. Instead of arrival at 9pm we arrived the next morning at 3am. Had 1 hour in our very expensive hotel before we had to check out to catch our flight. Tired and grumpy

    Everything was excellent especially the drivers! This is the first time I took Gray hound and I am going to take more trips. I am 77 years old and I found everything better than flying!
