DAY1 Hometown - Vancouver

Arrival at Vancouver. Once you have collected your luggage, escort will greet you at claim belt #3 (domestic arrival) or the visitor counter (international flight) after you have collected your luggage. A complimentary half-day city tour of Chinatown, downtown, and Stanley Park will be arranged for guests that arrive in Vancouver before noon (12:00pm), with a bonus mini ferry ride* of the beautiful False Creek (False Creek Ferries operation depends on the weather, closed on Dec 25, 26).

The tour can pick up from two cruise terminals Ballantyne and Canada Place before 12:00pm.

DAY2 Vancouver Island - B.C.Ferries - Victoria - Butchart Gardens (Admission Incl.)

Depart for the Vancouver Island by ferry and capture the spectacular scenery en route. After passing by Victoria's historic Chinatown, visit Beacon Hill Park's remarkable Mile "0", landmark British Columbia Legislative Buildings, and explore other significant heritage architectures surrounding the Inner Harbour. Visit the world famous Butchart Gardens before returning to Vancouver.

OR Whistler - Gondola & Peak2Peak** (Admission Incl., available Oct 16th - Apr 15th 2011 ONLY)

Along the Sea to Sky Highway, we will pass by Horseshoe Bay, Shannon Falls, and the Squamish . In approximately 3 hours, we will arrive at Whistler - North America's Number One resort and the host of 2010 Olympic Winter Games. After a ride of the Whistler Mountain Gondola and Peak2Peak**, you will have time to relax and shop at the mountain or in the village (Whistler Gondola operation not available before Nov 24). You may also experience snowshoeing excitements for free.

DAY3 Vancouver - Hometown

Free day for shopping, visiting friends and family, or dining at nearby Asian cuisines. Also, should you missed the half-day complimentary city tour on your arrival and your departure is after 2:30pm, you may join the tour in the the morning before transferring to the airport. Please arrange your return flight leave Vancouver Airport after 2:30pm.

*Hotels are correct at the time of going to press, but are subject to change.

FREE snowshoes rentals (worths $160) (Applicable to Whistler, $50 p.p. damage deposit will be collected by tour guide for free snowshoes rental, will refund when snowshoes are returned in same condition.)

Airport pickup: Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 5 days prior departure; otherwise, you are required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense.

Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Cancellation and Refund policy
- All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
- Cancellations received up to 31 days prior to departure- 15% of total purchase amount.
- Cancellations received within 14-30 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.
- Cancellations received within 1-14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
- Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
- Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
- There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

1	May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?

The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 2 stars and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.

2	Where will we have meals in this tour?

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.

3	Where are the pick-up locations of tours?

Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.

4	Can I pay this tour by cash?

No. Gotobus is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

5	What does the Lodging pull-down menu mean?

This is where you select how many people will be in your room. Double occupancy for hotel room is only guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and price is higher. Family triple arrangements can be purchased with three tickets. Family quad arrangements can be purchased with four tickets.

6	Can I change my seats on the bus?

Seats are allotted on first book first served basis, we can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc. Also, we rotate seats on each traveling day.

7	Do I need to pick up a physical ticket?

No. You do not. E-Ticket will be automatically emailed to you after you complete your booking online. All you need to do is to bring a valid picture ID along with a printout of eTicket you receive to board the scheduled bus.

8	Why can’t I find the tour date I want in this tour?

We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available. Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day.

9	Can you send me a brochure for this tour?

You will find an electronic brochure for each tour on our website describing all activities and itineraries. Printed brochures are not available. If you do not find adequate information about a tour on our website, please contact our online help. Contact customer support

10	How to cancel this tour?

If you want to cancel this tour, please check the cancellation policy first and then e-mail to support@gotobus.com. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly.
