Day 1
Hometown - Vancouver
Airport pick up and city tour. Vancouver city tour (approx. 3 hours) provided free for all arrivals before 12:00pm or departures after 4:00pm. City tour includes China Town area, Vancouver's famous Gastown, Trade & Convention Centre & the 1,000-acre Stanley Park. Coach transfer to hotel in the afternoon.

Vancouver - Kelowna - Vernon
Morning departure we'll proceed to the beautiful Lake Okanagan in search of the lake monster. Ogopogo. We also include a wine tasting trip to the Famous Calona Winery. A Visit to the Planet Bee and Jam Factory are among our itinerary of the day.

Day 3
Vernon - "Last Spike" - Fairmont Hot Spring
Morning departure we’ll proceed to the city of Vernon, then we shall take a break at Craigellachie, where the last spike was driven for the Trans -continental Canadian Pacific Railroad before transferring to
Fairmont Hot Spring, where you can enjoy the private out-door Hot Springs Pools, along with the beautiful scenery.

Day 4
Fairmont Hot Spring - Banff - Lake Louise - Golden
Morning visit to Bow Falls and the Banff City center area, Proceed to the world famous Lake Louise where a gondola ride (optional) to the top of the Mountain will treat you to an excellent view of scenery (Optional: Sulphur Mountain Gondola) Tour will also visit the beautiful Lake Louise where you can enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful Glacial lake and transfer to Golden later.

Day 5
Golden - Kamloops - Vancouver
Leaving the beautiful Rockies Scenery behind, our tour will take a brief stop at the old mining town of Three Valley gap. There we'll proceed to the industrial city of Kamloops where we'll visit a Ginseng farm & their processing plant before returning to Vancouver.

Vancouver - Hometown
Coach transfer to Vancouver Airport for flight home or next destination.

Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively.

Infant Rate: A separate seat is required for infants and infant rate ($22/day) apply to those under 2 years old (*rate does not include any admission fees)

Redemption
You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received.
Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your
destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you
reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to
present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and
take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms
& Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and
understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
Booking changes A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a
reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections
may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A
change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation,
and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our
travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by
canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or
fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is
received and confirmed by our office. Notice of
cancellation must be made directly to Gotobus by email or through web
mail at Contact Us.
Cancellation penalties per person as follows:
22 - 29 days or more before departure - 50% of total purchase amount
8 - 21 days before departure - 75% of total purchase amount
0 - 7 days before of departure - 100% of total purchase amount
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire
payment.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries
and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen
circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the
right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak
periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order
in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in
accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its
control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the
tour, Gotobus' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the
amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the
same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any
cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements
including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

Where do I meet the tour guide after my flight arrives?
Unless otherwise directed, the tour guide will meet you at the baggage claim of your arrival flight. Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 5 days prior departure; otherwise, you are required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense.

In what language is this tours conducted?
This tour is escorted by professional bi-lingual tour guides. Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours languages (Cantonese, Mandarin and Limited English) may be combined to operate the tours.

Are meals included in the tour price?
Continental breakfast is included for hotel at Barclay Hotel and Best Western Abercorn Inn, all other meals are not included unless specifically stated in the tour description and in the list of tour inclusions. Meal Plan is available and it can be purchased with your tour guide.

What are optional tours?
Optional tours are excursions offered in order to enhance your tour experience and they can be booked with your tour guide.

How much luggage may I take on tour?
Tour prices include hotel porterage for one bag per person only. Due to space limitations we cannot guarantee that extra bags will be permitted on the coach.

What if the tour doesn't meet its minimum number of participants?
This tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate. We reserve the right to cancel a departure 45 days prior and/or to operate a tour in a minibus should the number of participants warrant it. In the event of this occurring, you will be provided the option to take the tour on an alternative date or be refunded in full.

Will there be any itinerary / hotel changes?
We reserves the right to substitute alternate hotels of similar or higher quality. We also reserve the right to reverse and / or modify the itinerary. These changes will be advised to you prior to your departure date.

Will refunds be granted for any unused portion of the tour?
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any unused portion of the tour.

What happens should we miss the departure due to flight delays or cancellations?
It will be your responsibility to join the tour if your flight has been delayed or cancelled. We will provide assistance. However, any additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the passenger.
