Day 1

Hometown - Vancouver

Arrival at Vancouver: Welcome to Vancouver, host of the upcoming 2010 Winter Olympic Games! Once you have collected your luggage, escort will greet you at claim belt #3 (domestic arrival) or the visitor counter (international flight) after you have collected your luggage. A complimentary half-day city tour of Chinatown, downtown, and Stanley Park will be arranged for guests that arrive in Vancouver before noon (12:00pm), with a bonus mini ferry ride* of the beautiful False Creek (False Creek Ferries operation depends on the weather, closed on Dec 25, 26).

Hotel: Hampton Inn / Ramada Inn (Free hotel breakfast) or similar

Day 2

Vancouver Island - B.C.Ferries - Victoria - Butchart Gardens (Admission Incl.)

Depart for the Vancouver Island by ferry and capture the spectacular scenery en route. After passing by Victoria's historic Chinatown, visit Beacon Hill Park's remarkable Mile "0", landmark British Columbia Legislative Buildings, and explore other significant heritage architectures surrounding the Inner Harbour. Visit the world famous Butchart Gardens before returning to Vancouver.

OR Whistler - Gondola & Peak2Peak** (Admission Incl., available Oct 16th - Apr 15th 2010)

Along the Sea to Sky Highway, we will pass by Horseshoe Bay, Shannon Falls, and the Squamish . In approximately 3 hours, we will arrive at Whistler - North America's Number One resort and the host of 2010 Olympic Winter Games. After a ride of the Whistler Mountain Gondola and Peak2Peak**, you will have time to relax and shop at the mountain or in the village (Whistler Gondola operation not available before Nov 27).

Hotel: Hampton Inn / Ramada Inn (Free hotel breakfast) or similar

Day 3

Vancouver - Hometown

Free day for shopping, visiting friends and family, or dining at nearby Asian cuisines. Transfer to Vancouver airport afterward. Please arrange your return flight leave Vancouver Airport after 2:30pm.

*Hotels are correct at the time of going to press, but are subject to change. Other hotels are available with additional costs: Radisson Hotel or similar.

Inclusions:

Accommodation for 2 nights, including taxes and porterage.
Complimentary airport pickup from Vancouver Airport between 8:00am-10:00pm.
(Arrival beyond 8:00am-10:00pm, please proceed to the hotel at your own expense)
All domestic ground transportation via air-conditioned vehicle.
Admissions and BC Ferry
Bi-Lingual guide (English / Chinese) for the entire tour.
All taxes and fees included.

Exclusions:

Air fares between your city and Vancouver.
Laundry, valet, telephone calls, wines and liquors other than those specified.

All meals and drinks during the trip unless stated otherwise, but the tour guide will arrange for.

Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, tour booking will be confirmed within 1-2 business days.

Airport pickup: Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 5 days prior departure; otherwise, you are required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense.
Luggage: Limited to one medium suitcase and one carry-on luggage per person.
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Pricing Policy
Departure date from Dec 20th to Jan 1th, 2010: Radisson Hotel or similar needs to pay holiday surcharge $100/person, $200/single room; Hampton Inn / Ramada Inn or similar no surcharge. Departure date from Feb 11th to Mar 1st, 2010: Please contact us for the pricing during Winter Olympics. Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 2-7 yrs sharing a room and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Cancellation and Refund policy
- All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
- Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to departure – 15% of total purchase amount.
- Cancellations received within 14-30 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.
- Cancellations received within 1-14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
- Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
- Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
- There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
