Day 1 : Boston - Corning Glass Center - Niagara Falls

We depart from Boston at 7:00am and head to the Corning Museum of Glass,* which features over 45,000 objects from every era of glassmaking from antiquity through the present day and every country where the art has been practiced. Through the live hot glass shows, witness first-hand the challenging art of glassmaking as craftsmen and artisans form molten glass into delicate, decorative art pieces. And make sure to stop by the gift shop before you leave to purchase a unique glass souvenir of this fantastic trip! Afterwards, we will continue our tour to Niagara Falls, arriving around 8:00pm. Don’t pass up the opportunity to view the spectacular Falls at night! They are lit with floodlights so that the majestic cascade of water illuminates the night with color.

Day 2 : Niagara Falls - Boston

This morning, we will embark on the "Maid of the Mist" boat cruise,* which will take us into the rapids at the very base of the Falls, allowing a breathtaking close-up view of this natural wonder and the clouds of mist created by the water’s powerful impact on the basin below. (Note: The “Maid of the Mist” is only available April – Oct.) For a panoramic view of the Falls from above, we will visit Goat Island, which overlooks the three distinct waterfalls which compose Niagara Falls: the Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls. Photos taken from this vantage point will give you memories to last a lifetime. We will also visit the Niagara Falls IMAX Theater* to hear incredible stories about the history of Niagara Falls and the daredevils who have braved its waters. After lunch, we will depart for Boston, arriving around 8:30pm.
